Mohan draws from over 25 years of experience in an always changing and ever growing industry. He has been with MEC since its inception in 1993 and has steered the organic growth of the company. As a leader, Mohan is known to play an active part in guiding and nurturing his team of over 200 people across 12 countries, ensuring everyone feels inspired to deliver their best for the agency’s clients every day.
His experience stretches across consumer, direct and business to business communication across all forms of paid, owned and earned media, as well as developing tools and research applications – and he has handled the business for key clients like Sony Ericsson, Citibank, DHL, Emaar, Etisalat, Ford Motor Company, PAG, Audi, Wella, Visa and Canon.
Driving media planning and buying, tapping the tremendous potential of digital and mobile, and now pushing the envelope through leadership in data, Mohan has been instrumental in conceptualising and implementing several award-winning campaigns for MEC MENA, simultaniously raising the region’s industry profile internationally
