Nadim spent the first years of his advertising career with Saatchi & Saatchi working on a wide variety of clients such as Master Foods PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, Danone and Samsung. Having risen through the ranks, he left in 1998 to join Bates as Account Director looking after BAT exclusively.
In 1999, Nadim moved to Grey Dubai as the regional account director, focusing on GlaxoSmithKline and British American Tobacco for the Middle East region, before taking the responsibility of the entire agency portfolio as Client Services Director in 2002. In 2004, he was promoted to Management Supervisor and in 2008 to Managing Director in charge of the overall Dubai operation. Nadim was also heavily involved in the self medication study conducted across the region and instrumental in setting up and launching Healthy People as part of the group offering.
Went to the French Lycee in Beirut, Lebanon. Graduated from Shiller International University in Paris, France with a BA in Business & Marketing.
Married with two daughters.
