  • Hani Ghorayeb

    In 1991, Hani Ghorayeb joined Choueiri Group’s “Audio Visual Media” (“AVM”) and started his career in Commercial Ad Sales, with the aim to further consolidate and grow the revenues of “LBCI” terrestrial TV channel. Then, and in alignment with Choueiri Group’s growth strategy and expansion plans, Ghorayeb moved from Lebanon to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in 1996, to establish “MediaSat” and grow the Commercial Market Share of “LBC SAT” regionally. Soon after the move, “MediaSat” enabled “LBC SAT” set new benchmarks in terms of Audience ratings, and by the same, managed to attract the region’s largest Advertisers, be they local, regional or multinational.
    At the turn of the new millennium in 2000, Ghorayeb became the Marketing Director of Choueiri Group’s “Gulf Space International”. Based in Dubai, he devoted his time to cementing the Market position of “Al-Jazeera” portfolio of TV Channels as a major Commercial Ad platform. In 2005, Ghorayeb assumed his current role, as COO of “Arabian Media Services International” (“AMS”), the Sole Ad Sales Representative of “MBC Group” - the MENA region’s largest Multi-Media Company and leading SatCaster.
    Today, Ghorayeb enjoys a proven track-record in helping the MENA region’s largest Advertisers build strong brands, nurture enduring relationships with key stakeholders, meet business objectives and generate highest ROI. Ghorayeb currently oversees a team of professionals, spread out across the region’s most vital markets; together they help grow and expand the Commercial Market Share of MBC Group’s portfolio of flagship TV channels / programs, radio stations, digital / mobile, and others.
    Ghorayeb holds a Bachelor Degree (“BBA”) in Business and Economics from the American University of Beirut (“AUB”).

    Vice President of IMPACT BBDO Group , focused on developing optimal network service solutions for clients as well as providing direct added value brand strategy consultancy.
    Over 20 years brand building experience across several key marketing categories with a focus on youth engagement marketing . He led the Coca Cola account in the UK before moving to Dubai in 1993 as Regional Director for IMPACT BBDO on Pepsico Food and Beverages .Over the past two decades he has helped create many famous campaigns across different media and markets for brands including Mercedes,Lay‘s ,Emirates and Pepsi .
    In 1999 he founded the region‘s first International digital agency which in 2001 became Impact Proximity (part of Proximity Worldwide ) a leading digital engagement and CRM Agency network.
    He has served on the IAA UAE Board since 2008 .

  • Reda Raad

    One of the key architects who started TBWA\RAAD in Dubai 15 years ago, Reda Raad has helped transform the agency from a start-up of four people into one of the leading MENA communications groups.
    Under his leadership TBWA\RAAD now operates with a network of 15 full service agencies across the Middle East and North Africa and is home to over 1000 employees.
    Reda led the diversification strategy of the group and TBWA\RAAD is now a multi disciplinary communications group encompassing TBWA Advertising, Integer Shopper Marketing, Ketchum Raad Public Relations consultancy and Digital Arts Network.
    TBWA\RAAD creates disruptive ideas expressed through media arts for partners such as Nissan, Dubai Events and Promotion Establishment, Henkel, Al Marai, BEin Sports, Johnson & Johnson and Philips.
    The Dubai agency is currently one of the most awarded creative agencies in the UAE.
    Reda graduated from Syracuse University, New York with a double major in Advertising and Marketing Management.
    He has been an active member of the Middle Eastern communications industry for 19 years and is currently on the Executive Committee of the International Advertising Association UAE Chapter Board, Chairman of the Syracuse University MENA Alumni Board and a proud member of the Young Arab leaders organization.

  • Chadi Farhat

    After graduating with a degree in business marketing from the Lebanese American University in 1995, Chadi has worked in the media industry for over 18 years. In 1995, he began his career as a media executive before joining Starcom in 1998, working his way to media manager by 2000. In 2001, he joined BBDO as media director before moving to OMD as a director in 2003. During this time, he has built successful relationships with key clients including P&G, Phillip Morris, Diageo, Kraft, GM, PepsiCo and Altadis among others. Chadi was promoted to general manager of OMD in Lebanon in 2007, and subsequently moved to Dubai to work for the group in 2012. Today, Chadi is the Head of Investments at Omnicom Media Group MENA.

    Born in Beirut amidst a theatre of war, French educated, and a High Studies Advertising graduate of ALBA (Academie Libanaise Des Beaux Arts), Mounir started his advertising career during his first year of university at the ripe old age of nineteen at BBDO, Beirut. Six months later, he became an in-house agency of one for a local furniture store while he continued his studies. Not impressed, he quit that job and took on a new challenge at Saatchi & Saatchi, Beirut, and started work on some P&G brands. He completed four years with them while completing his degree. Then, he was transferred to Saatchi, Dubai, where he expanded his brand portfolio to include Mashreq Bank, Visa, and some more P&G brands. Mounir was later lured to a senior creative position at Grey Worldwide, where he was promoted three times to become the Regional Creative Director responsible for brands like Visa, Audi, Nokia, GSK, Jotun, Bridgestone, the Asian Games and various other multinational and region clients. Mounir finally found his calling when he accepted his latest challenge – as Managing Director and Regional Creative Director for LOWE MENA in January, 2007. He has since moved up to the position of CEO.
