Elie started his career in 1998 at Ogilvy & Mather Dubai working on the Unilever media business across the MENA region. He moved to Mindshare in 1999, the year the company was established, to introduce a new media trend in the region. In 2002, Elie was offered a new challenge and was relocated to Mindshare Morocco as Channel Communication Planning director to head Unilever Maghreb media business.
In 2003, Elie re-joined the Dubai office to lead on Gillette business for the MENA region and head exchange department across all clients. In this role, Elie was tasked with managing the inventory, promoting collaboration between departments and partners.
Elie Holds a Baccalaureate II in Mathematics and a BA in advertising & marketing from Notre Dame University in Lebanon-1997 promotion.
Married with 2 kids, likes to travel, play backgammon and explore new tech gadgets.

Nadim Khoury

Talent and Education, CommunicationNadim spent the first years of his advertising career with Saatchi & Saatchi working on a wide variety of clients such as Master Foods PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, Danone and Samsung. Having risen through the ranks, he left in 1998 to join Bates as Account Director looking after BAT exclusively.
In 1999, Nadim moved to Grey Dubai as the regional account director, focusing on GlaxoSmithKline and British American Tobacco for the Middle East region, before taking the responsibility of the entire agency portfolio as Client Services Director in 2002. In 2004, he was promoted to Management Supervisor and in 2008 to Managing Director in charge of the overall Dubai operation. Nadim was also heavily involved in the self medication study conducted across the region and instrumental in setting up and launching Healthy People as part of the group offering.
Went to the French Lycee in Beirut, Lebanon. Graduated from Shiller International University in Paris, France with a BA in Business & Marketing.
Married with two daughters.

Yousef Tuqan Tuqan is CEO of digital agency Flip Media leading a global team of 120 staff across nine offices worldwide.
As CEO of Flip Media – the region’s largest digital agency - Yousef has been at the forefront of the region’s most successful online initiatives, leading a global team of 120 staff across eight offices worldwide. He also takes a personal role in leading strategic initiatives for a number of key client accounts, including twofour54 and Dubai Shopping Festival.
He is a regular university guest lecturer and keynote speaker, and as well as is a frequent contributor to regional and international publications on digital marketing in the Middle East.
From designing websites in his bedroom in 1996, Yousef has become one of the most experienced digital markets in the region, including roles at OgilvyOne, north55 and Flip Media. During his career, he has led digital strategy for some of the most iconic brands in the region, including Jumeirah, Emaar, Nakheel and twofour54.

Recently married, Yousef is an avid marathon runner, an aspiring chef, and a member of MENSA and the international branding think-thank, Medinge. He is also a Goodwill Ambassador for the charity Gulf For Good, and has participated in charity treks to Morocco, Peru, Malaysia, Lebanon and Tanzania.

Under his leadership TBWA\RAAD has developed strong relationships with international and local brands such as Nissan, Mars, Visa, Dubai Shopping Festival, Axiom, Ferrari World, Standard Chartered Bank and Du.
By launching Ketchum RAAD - a leading PR consultancy, and Integer MENA - a shopper-marketing agency, Reda continues to drive the company’s diversification strategy.
In 2010, TBWA\RAAD Dubai was ranked as the Second most awarded creative agency in Dubai Lynx and as the most effective network across MENA by the Gemas Effies.
Most recently, Reda was named “Agency Innovator of 2010” by the Internationalist Magazine.
Reda graduated from Syracuse University, New York with a double major in Advertising and Marketing Management.
He has been an active member of the Middle Eastern communications industry for 15 years.
