Hotels: IAA has reserved rooms at the Park Inn Radu Hotel at $280 per night. The Ritz Carlton Moscow is also available at RUB 14,000 per night (about $475). You are encouraged to book EARLY. The Ritz Carlton will be the main IAA congress hotel and will house all speakers and most sponsors. Bus transportation will be provided to and from all IAA designated hotels/venues for IAA delegates.
Visas: You need to apply for a visa in sufficient time. IAA and the Russian Government will work directly with your local consulate to ensure smooth and trouble-free processing of visas.
