Staff changes at TBWA\RAAD

TBWA\RAAD - the regional MENA arm of global advertising agency TBWA (Omnicom Group) announced today that it is expanding its creative and brand leadership teams with several new team members. The new hires and promotions underscore TBWA\RAAD’s commitment to enhancing its diverse expertise and building on its strong growth in multiple practice areas including digital and overall brand strategy.

Previously regional creative director of TBWA\RAAD\SAUDI ARABIA, Saadi Alkouatli joins the agency’s Dubai headquarters as a senior creative director.. Saadi has been based in Jeddahfor the past five years. Saadi’s quest for creative excellence began in Beirut with Saatchi & Saatchi and blossomed in New York with McCann-Erickson. He pursued a BFA in Advertising at the San Francisco Academy of Art University, and then went on to earn a Masters degree in Media Studies from the New School University in New York.

In Dubai, Saadi will team-up with senior creative director, Malek Atassi, working under ECD Milos Ilic.

Julia Foster, director of business development is promoted to brand leadership director. Julia has been with the TBWA network for over eight years, working at both TBWA and TEQUILA\, TBWA’s relationship marketing arm. Julia has worked both client and agency side, building consumer and B2B experience in the telecoms, retail and leisure, financial, government and IT sectors and working with clients such as Sears Canada, Sainsbury’s, The Army, and O2. Julia holds a BA (Hons) degree in Management from the University of Kent and Post-Graduate Diplomas from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM). She is also a fellow of the IDM.
