Dubai International Film Festival has signed a partnership agreement with Cairo International Film Festival, aimed at further strengthening the Arab film industry. The new partnership will allow filmmakers to apply to both DFC and Cairo Film Connection for support in realising their film projects. DIFF will award a selected project from Cairo Film Connection and invite the selected filmmaker to attend DIFF to explore further funding opportunities through meetings with industry players.
