Humaid al Suwaidi, chief executive of Etisalat’s cable service E-Vision, has announced plans to launch its Video-On-Demand (VOD) service within the next two weeks, The National has reported. “VOD and subscription-VOD is the way we believe people will be watching TV in the future. We’ve realised its importance, and we’ve been working on it,” al Suwaidi said.
